The room was super-comfortable and beautifully appointed - the furnishings and the makeup of the bathroom especially had a real upmarket feel to them. Sra. Ricci was extremely engaging, helpful and welcoming, even if remotely. The cleaning service was meticulous to a fault. The balcony is a nice bonus, going out over a sidestreet, and the apartment is far enough up not to register most of the noise. The place is as centrally located as one could wish for, just a stone's throw from the Pantheon and Spanish steps. All in all a real bargain for Rome, and booked so short-term as well - pretty close to the perfect travel solution imo. Apparently the "regular" Hotel Adriano is set to reopen in fall '23, and I'll be curious to be back to see what it looks like and whether it has a more personable atmosphere than the way this annex was run, which is the only room for improvement I could think of.

The location was ideal, within 30 mins walking distance of the station, Vatican and Colosseum. As the main hotel was being refurbished, we were based in the annexe, located just around the corner. Whilst this accommodation was a little tired and needing refurbishment, the room was clean and tidy. The access to get into the annexe was very secure. The breakfast items were as described in the information, simple and fine for a light starter to the day. If there was a problem it was dealt with effectively and efficiently. Barbara was extremely helpful, readily available and conscientious ensuring that any issues were promptly dealt with. Happy to recommend this hotel and I look forward to being able to visit the hotel when the upgrade is complete.

My 16 year old daughter and I stayed in the Annex of Hotel Adriano on a 5 night visit to Rome and it was quite simply brilliant!! It's location is so central that many attractions are within easy walking distance eg. the Trevi Fountain. Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican. Our room was spotless, well equipped and surprisingly quiet for such a central location - having a terrace to sit outside and soak up the sounds of Rome was quite simply the icing on the cake! Barbara, the owner, could also not have been more welcoming or helpful - we were incredibly grateful.. We will definitely revisit!!

The room was nice and comfy. The facility is clean. The room was located in a different building. It's more of an American style air bnb with room service. It has towels and room service which is great, and the small breakfast area in the room and the common area has some delicious snacks. The rooms are hard to get to it is alot of work but it is worth it. I'd you are elderly or need assistance climbing steep stairs, sorry but yhis is not the place for you. The shower is not closed off at all. We stayed in the red room. The toiled is walled off but its small.

The room had interesting features like a bath tube and sauna. The facility had a complete kitchen. The room had snacks available (incredible). The location is outstanding: 10min to the castel sant'angelo, 15 min to the vatican, 10 min to piazza navona, etc. The facilty is right above a really interesting restaurant (Clotilde). Although there is no reception at the site, hence no crew, they made sure to perfectly guide and left a sweet handwritten note in our room.
